Frequently Asked Questions

Made from the Bérollon plot, on the slopes of Perroy in the Vaud Côte, this Chasselas has been distinguished every year for nearly two decades. It has notably won Gold at the Mondial du Chasselas, the Lauriers de Platine and several Gold medals at the Grand Prix du Vin Suisse, making it one of the most consistently rewarded Chasselas wines of La Côte.
Fresh and balanced, it is an ideal aperitif Chasselas. It also pairs perfectly with lake fish such as Lake Geneva perch fillets, as well as with a fondue, a raclette or a board of Vaud cheeses — the classic pairings of regional cuisine.
Serve it chilled, between 10 and 12 °C, to reveal its white-flower notes and its fine length. It is enjoyed with pleasure in its youth, but its quality also allows it to develop well over a few years in the cellar.
