Frequently Asked Questions

Féchy is one of the most renowned appellations of the Vaud Côte. On the Crêt de Bayel single vineyard, Chasselas develops a marked mineral character, with flinty notes, fine length and great harmony. This profile sets it apart from our Perroy Chasselas wines, which are more floral.
Its minerality and freshness make it an excellent aperitif wine and an ideal companion for fish, particularly Lake Geneva perch fillets. It also pairs perfectly with a fondue, a raclette, a cheese board and refined gastronomic cuisine.
Serve it chilled, between 10 and 12 °C, to fully reveal its mineral nose and its fine length. It is a Chasselas to enjoy on its freshness, ideally in its early years.
