Frequently Asked Questions

Cabernet Franc is often part of Bordeaux blends, but it is rarer as a single variety in the Swiss vineyard. Grown on our slopes in Perroy, in the Vaud Côte, and aged as a Réserve, it reveals all of its elegance here: a refined nose of raspberry, spices and violet, and silky tannins. An exceptional cuvée, our most accomplished wine.
Its structure and silky tannins give it a fine ageing potential: it can be cellared for many years and will gain in harmony. Store the bottles lying down, away from light, and decant it about one hour before serving.
Its elegance calls for fine cuts: red meats, feathered game, pheasant or pigeon, refined grilled dishes and mature cheeses. Serve it between 13 and 16 °C, after aeration in a decanter that will fully reveal its fruit and spice aromas.
