Frequently Asked Questions

It is a blend of three red grape varieties born in Switzerland: Gamaret, Garanoir and Galotta. Grown on our slopes in Perroy, in the Vaud Côte, they produce an intense, complex red with a purple hue, black-fruit and toasted notes, structured by fine, elegant tannins.
? Its structure and intensity pair perfectly with grilled red meats, robust Mediterranean dishes, summer barbecues and mature cheeses. Serve it between 13 and 16 °C, ideally after a brief aeration in a decanter to reveal its complexity.
Its elegant tannic structure gives it good ageing potential: it can develop favourably over a few years. Store the bottles lying down, away from light. It can also be enjoyed with pleasure right now, on its fruit.
