Frequently Asked Questions

Its supple palate and vanilla touches make it an ideal companion for red meats and slow-cooked dishes. It pairs particularly well with a herb-roasted leg of lamb, a duck breast, a grilled rib steak or a mushroom risotto. It also goes nicely with a board of hard cheeses such as Gruyère or Etivaz.
Thanks to its barrel ageing, our Merlot has a fine ageing potential and can be cellared for several years. Store it lying down, away from light, between 12 and 16 °C. You can also enjoy it today, ideally after letting it breathe briefly in a decanter.
? We recommend serving it between 13 and 16 °C. Decanting the wine about thirty minutes before the meal allows its floral nose and red-fruit notes to open up fully.
